Let Cornish Tours Take All The Strain Of Organising A Day Tour

Whether you are a seasoned traveller to Cornwall, or visiting the County for the very first time - let Cornish Tours bring our experience & local knowledge to allow you to explore & experience Cornwall like never before, with one of our fully inclusive Day Tours, Journeys & Experiences.

Our all-inclusive approach means when you join us for the day, it’s really is all included:

  • Pick up from/return to your home or holiday accommodation

  • Morning tea/coffee and cake

  • Either a two-course lunch with wine or a full afternoon tea (depending upon the tour)

  • All parking & entrance fees on your chosen day tour

  • Bottled water

  • A Cornish Tours jute bag & aluminium water flask, as a memento from your day

We’ve put together a series of Cornwall Day Tours around three themes:

  1. Food & Drink - whether your favourite tipple is wine, cider, beer of gin (or a mixture!) - we’ve distilleries, cideries, breweries & Cornish vineyards on our door step to explore…..

…..and with us doing the driving, you can sit back, sip & relax!

  2. Harbours & Headlands - from hidden coves, picturesque harbours to rugged headlands, we delve into the past & present on our tours around the dramatic Cornish coastline

  3. Historic Homes & Gardens - discover some of Cornwall’s finest country homes, estates & Cornish gardens - from iconic National Trust houses, to beautifully presented private gems… there are so many properties to discover.

So let us build an itinerary for you; navigate the small Cornish lanes; take the worry out of which parking app to use & where to park; book a table for the best lunch stop; and find a perfect place for morning coffee & cake… it’s all part of what we do!

Looe & SE Cornwall - Why This Corner Of Cornwall Is Perfect For Luxury Day Tours.

A Great Bast From Which To Explore?

SE Cornwall is where Cornish Tours is based, to be precise, in the lovely coastal town of Looe - famed for fine day boat fish & shellfish, wide sandy beach, river, ‘Banjo’ pier and stunning scenery.

Often referred to as the hidden corner of Cornwall, with the Fowey estuary to our west and the Tamar River to our east, we are framed by the sea to our south and Bodmin Moor to our north.

Located where we are, gives us access to number of great locations which feature in our day tours - cutting down on travel distance and allowing our guests to enjoy more time exploring. With our tours within SE Cornwall, journey times are often no more than 30 mins from point to point.

Our proximity to west Devon, also allows us to cross the Tamar River and explore the best of what’s on offer with our Devonian neighbours too - from Michelin Star restaurants & five star hotels; to vineyards & country estates.

Our location is also ideal for our Concierge-Style services. Whether you are arriving by mainline train in Plymouth or Liskeard and wanting your own private transfer; looking for someone to arrange a golf day; be flown around the Cornish coast in a private helicopter or looking to arrange a perfect secluded spot for a proposal……… we are there to help ensure your time in Cornwall is a memorable one.

Small Group, Big Experiences: Why 6 is the Magic Number for Cornish Tours.

Forget big numbers, large busses and following a guide with a flag - we are all about experiencing & discovering Cornwall either on your own, with your partner or with a small group of friends & family.

One of the key differences with Cornish Tours is that we never assume you’d like to share your experience with others. If you are travelling solo, or as a couple, the minute you book your Day Tour with us, that makes it a private tour.

You have the option to reserve for your family & friends up to six passengers (on some tours we can also take a 7th).

You’ll be hosted by Peter or Mark (usually us both) who have worked in the tourism & hospitality sector for decades and bring a wealth of local knowledge & experience to Cornish Tours, which we set up in 2025.

We’ve experienced many private tours on our travels in all continents, and so appreciate & understand the attention to detail & planning which goes into making a tour so special.

Cornish Tours operate using a 2025 model Ford Tourneo Custom, which has been especially configured to for the utmost in comfort:

  • 6 individual seats (plus the drive & co pilot)

  • Ease of access with wide electric side doors

  • USB charging points & WiFi

  • Tri-zone air conditioning for comfort

  • Plenty of separate space for luggage & gear

How To Book Your Day Tour or Experience With Cornish Tours

Decide On The Dates - no matter what time of year you visit Cornwall, there’s always something to see, do & explore and with our local knowledge, we can let you know which gardens are best for spring, when the vineyards are ready to harvest or when is the best time to capture a sunset.

So once you know when you’d like to experience a tour or journey with us……

Select The Tours - have a browse from the tours on our website in the first instance to get a flavour of what’s on offer… but if you can’t see something that ticks all the boxes, just drop us an email and we will be glad to put something bespoke together for you.

View Our Experiences - if you are looking for something special, be that for a significant birthday, anniversary or a get together with your besties, take a look at our Experiences. These operate like a concierge-style service and we also offer some shorter one of Excursions too as a taste to something quite unique.

Stay A Little Longer - if you’d like to spend more time with us - our ‘Journeys’ offer a three day/two night escorted tour to either the Lizard Peninsula and the far west of Cornwall; or The North Cornish Coast. Here, you’ll enjoy two-nights in a 4 Star hotel with spa & dinner, and a series of day tours on route to, during & return from your accommodation.

We are also happy to put together longer itineraries for you.

We very much hope that Cornish Tours will be part of your time in Cornwall and are here to help make the most of your time in what, we believe, is one of the UK’s most special counties. If you have any questions we’ve not covered, or you just fancy a chat, send us an email or call/WhatsApp on +44 7862 729022.

Important To Note

Other than assistance dogs, we do not accept any pets on board.
